NUOC CHAM DRESSING
Best dressing ever for everything, doesn't have to be Asian food!!!!
WHATS IN IT
100ml Mirin or Rice wine vinegar
2 tblsps Sesame oil
2 tblsps Fish sauce
2 tblsps Dark palm sugar, shaved
1 Lime, juice and zest
100ml Water
2cm Ginger, grated
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 Chilli, diced
WHAT TO DO
Put all ingredients into a jar and shake until sugar has dissolved, alternatively you can add warm water and stir until dissolved.
