GREENS
Salad greens are the best! They are easy to grow, you don't need a lot of area to grow them and you can use them everyday. I never pull the whole lettuce out I just pick the outer leaves of each plant so I have a mixture of greens. Mignonette, Radicchio, Butter and Rocket are always a favourite and different colours make a salad look great. I put them in any bed where there is room so I always have some on hand. Lettuce is compatible with just about anything but I do avoid putting it in the same bed as parsley and celery..
